The app
Last Look runs on your computer. It reads your phone over the USB cable and writes reports to your computer. Your photos, messages, chats, locations, Wi-Fi networks and other phone data are never sent to us or anyone else.
Report pages load map pictures from Esri's map service and a map library from cdnjs. Those requests don't contain your data, only the map area being shown.
Buying a key
When you unlock a phone, the app sends our server a phone code: a one-way scrambled code made from the phone's serial number. It can't be turned back into the serial number. We use it only to make a key that works for that phone.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details and email address; we receive the payment record (amount, date, country, email) and the phone code. We don't see your full card number.
